Before completing this process please ensure you have gathered as much information about your boiler as possible. This includes make, model, the type of flue and whether it has a pilot light or not, it may also be useful to have the owners' manuals to hand. Do not attempt to dismantle your boiler to determine whether it is eligible, all of the information required should be plainly visible from the outside or under the flap that covers the controls etc. If in doubt ring the help line or ask your installer.


To qualify your boiler MUST have been installed BEFORE 1998
